comprises diverse businesses supplying a broad range of automotive parts across the vehicle spectrum and down the
value chain. It operates within two
primary segments: Automotive
Component Manufacturing; and
Aftermarket Products and Services
retailing for the automotive sector.

- Stable margin businesses with robust cash generation capabilities, and a champion of localisation in the South African automotive industry, which contributes ~5% to GDP, around 20% of local manufacturing output and 110 000 direct jobs.
- The South African automotive sector has a strong forecast for increased vehicle production, and our growth strategies are aligned to this by continued manufacturing excellence, expanding the aftermarket reach and strategically considered acquisitions and partnerships. There is also an intensified focus on increasing our presence in selected regions across the African continent.
